I was hoping this would be the ultimate savior for vacations away from home with our toddler, but sadly the charge port doesn't consistently work.
The first night we used it, it suddenly cut out in the middle of the night and woke up our kid. Scrambling around in the dark I plugged it in and realized that it wasn't charging at all despite me being able to plug in a phone to the same cable and get a charge without any issues. I had to physically wrap the USB-C cable around the Snooz so that it hit the charge port at a specific angle that caused it to start charging up. Next time we will just bring our regular Snooz and a night light to avoid the risk of a faulty device leading to a poor night's sleep... So close to being just what we needed!
