SNOOZ Pro Monthly Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility: This giveaway is open only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and legal residents of the United States. Employees of SNOOZ, INC. (“SNOOZ”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, as well as their immediate family members and persons living in the same household, are not eligible to participate in the giveaway. The giveaway is void where prohibited.

2. How to Enter: To enter the giveaway, participants must follow the Instagram account @snooz. No additional actions are required for entry. All followers of the @snooz account are automatically entered into the giveaway.

3. Giveaway Period: The giveaway period begins on the first day of each month and ends on the last day of that month at 11:59 PM Pacific Time.

4. Prize: One (1) winner will be selected each month to receive one (1) SNOOZ Pro device. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available. No substitution of the prize is allowed by the winner.

5. Winner Selection: The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible Instagram followers of @snooz as of the deadline. The draw will take place within (1) business day after the giveaway period ends. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible followers.

6. Winner Notification: The winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message within (1) business day of the drawing. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within (3) business days, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. 

7. General Conditions: This giveaway is conducted in English, limited to participants residing in the USA, and governed by the laws of the United States. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the decisions of SNOOZ, which are final and binding in all respects.

8. Limitations of Liability: SNOOZ is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Instagram users, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the giveaway, or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of submissions.
