• What's the difference between the SNOOZ Pro and the SNOOZ Original?
  Both use a real fan inside to generate natural, non-looping white noise. The SNOOZ Pro adds an upgraded build and fabric design, a new easy-set tone control knob on the bottom (instead of rotating the outer shell), expanded app functionality, and a protective travel case included in the box. The sound quality and volume range (46–87 dBA) are the same across both models.
• What does the SNOOZ Pro sound like?
  SNOOZ Pro sounds like a fan — because it has a real fan inside. You can adjust the tone from a light, airy fan sound (similar to a table fan) to a deep, low-pitched hum (similar to an airplane cabin) using the tone control knob on the bottom of the device. The sound is continuous, natural, and never loops or repeats.
• How loud is the SNOOZ Pro?
  SNOOZ Pro has 10 volume levels and produces sound ranging from 46 to 87 dBA when measured at the device. It's powerful enough to mask noisy neighbors, city street noise, snoring, barking dogs, tinnitus, and office conversations. For best results, place it 3–6 feet from your head, between you and the noise source.
• Do I need the SNOOZ app to use the Pro?
  No. SNOOZ Pro works perfectly on its own — just plug it in and adjust the volume and tone manually. The free SNOOZ app (iOS and Android) is completely optional and adds features like remote control, programmable on/off scheduling with fade in and fade out, night light mode, nursery calibration, and button brightness control. There are no subscriptions — ever.
• Can I set a sleep schedule on the SNOOZ Pro?
  Yes. Using the free SNOOZ app, you can set up to 7 different schedules per day to turn the machine on and off automatically. You can also set it to fade in and fade out gradually, which helps you fall asleep naturally and wake up gently. Different schedules can be configured for each day of the week.
• Does the SNOOZ Pro come with a travel case?

It uses a standard U.S. power adapter (100–240V, UL Listed (#E490471) SAW12D-120-1000U) that works internationally with an outlet adapter. • Is the SNOOZ Pro safe for babies?
  Yes. Many parents use the SNOOZ Pro in their nursery. The free SNOOZ app includes a nursery calibration feature that limits the volume to a level aligned with pediatric guidelines. For safe use, the American Academy of Pediatrics recommends placing sound machines at least 7 feet from your baby's sleeping area and keeping the volume at a comfortable level.
