SNOOZ White Noise Machine Charcoal

1. Unplug SNOOZ and let sit for 5 seconds.
2. Plug SNOOZ back in.
3. Confirm no other phones are trying to connect to the device.
4. With one finger, press and hold the power button on SNOOZ. Release when the lights start blinking (approximately 5 seconds).

Try plugging SNOOZ into a different outlet, outside of the room you are in. (A loose wall plug connection or poor connection of house wiring to a wall plug could cause a disruption in the capacitive touch calibration on SNOOZ.)

1. Unplug SNOOZ.
2. Let SNOOZ sit for 5 seconds.
3. Plug back in and see if this fixes the issue.

1. Place the rubber base on a solid surface.
2. Grip the sides of SNOOZ (where the fabric is) and try to rotate the shell while applying light downward force.
3. Based on the way SNOOZ units are shipped, SNOOZ should rotate first in the counter-clockwise direction.

SNOOZ is available for iOS devices on the App Store.

SNOOZ is available for Android devices on Google Play.

1. Verify that Bluetooth service on your phone is turned on.
2. Delete the SNOOZ unit from the app (long hold on the name, then press X.)
3. Only with steps 1 and 2 complete, unplug SNOOZ and wait 5 seconds.
4. Plug SNOOZ back in and try to connect.

1. Check for updates to your phone software.
2. Check for update to the SNOOZ app.
3. (Android Only) Clear app cache in your phone settings.
